  • High School Diploma / GED preferred
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred. Prior sales agent, retail and reset responsibility experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lift and carry individual cases of product, shelving, or displays of up to 60 pounds.
  • Must be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time.
  • Must be able to operate or learn how to operate a computer, calculator, fax machine, telephone, paper cutter, copier, hammer, screwdriver, drill, case cutter, hand truck, and pallet jack.
  • Must be able to climb and stand on a step stool or ladder.
  • Must be able to read and communicate effectively with others.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive in a car for extended periods of time.
  • Stand on your feet for an extended period of time, bending and lifting
  • Must perform the job safely and utilize proper safety techniques and use of equipment when appropriate.


Job Definition and General Description:

As a TAB Retail Remodeling employee you will be responsible for representing yourself, TAB, and our clients on and off the job site.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, has a strong attention to detail, and works well in a team or independent situation. They must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners. Must ensure all work carried out is in accordance with agreed programs including but not limited to implementation of MOD’s, installation of fixtures, instillation of signage, and proper movement of client assets.

This is the entry level and starting point to building a bright successful career with the TAB Corporation.


Customer Relations:

Customers are the fuel that feeds remodels.

Make the customers feel important by understanding their frustration with the store being in disarray and doing everything in your power to help them find what their looking for.

Since you are the one who is executing the MODs’ you must be able to help direct the customer to the new location or direct them to a store employee for more help.

The most important item when dealing with customers is to stay 100% professional and courteous at all times.
